The multitude becomes one

To be a person means to believe that we, all human beings, are united in one humanity (otherwise we are not persons). By being united into one humanity, each person must act uprightly, because no one wants to do wrong to himself.

By his baptism, Jesus reveals to us  that he is united to every human being, just as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three Persons who establish an unbreakable unit between them: the unity of the one and indivisible God.

Everybody is in the circle of humanity

Our world seems to be far away from that baptism of unity on account of the divisions prevalent among humans.

If we want to be united with God, we must be united with all human beings.
