What should we do? (Luke 3:10).
If you want to know the answer to the question, “What should you do?”, first, ask yourself  another question: “Who are you?”

We, human beings, are the only ones who can effect a total transformation in the world. It is expected of you, it is your human vocation. We cannot live in a world where we destroy one another; we cannot live in a world we cannot change.

If she is cold, give her your coat

The question, “What should you do?” depends on how you conduct yourself in order to be who you are.

Behold what you should do: “Whoever has two cloaks should share with the person who has none. And whoever has food should do likewise” (Luke 3:11). In other words, all your  resources  belong to all.

If he is sad, bring him consolation

Who are you?: A human being!
What should you do?: Conduct yourself as a human being!
